These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively referred to as “Platform”), owned and operated by Qwikga Food Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you may not use our services.


1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to use our services. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

To place an order or use certain features of Qwikga, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.


3. Services Provided

Qwikga provides food delivery services by partnering with local restaurants, home chefs, and vendors in Kandukur and nearby areas. We act as a facilitator between customers and food providers.

We are not responsible for:

  • The preparation or quality of food.

  • Any health issues resulting from food consumption.

  • Errors in order due to incorrect input by the customer.


4. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders can be placed through the Qwikga mobile app or website.

  • Available payment methods include wallet balance, UPI, debit/credit cards, and cash on delivery.

  • Prices may vary depending on restaurant and location.

  • In case of subscription services (e.g., milk, tiffin), users are responsible for ensuring wallet balance availability.


5. Wallet & Subscriptions

Qwikga offers an in-app wallet for prepaid transactions and subscriptions. By using the wallet, you agree to the following:

  • Wallet balance is non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Qwikga reserves the right to deduct amounts based on services used (e.g., daily milk delivery).

  • Both users and admin can monitor wallet activity for transparency.


6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders once placed cannot be canceled once food is prepared or dispatched.

  • Refunds are applicable only under specific conditions like order not delivered, wrong items received, or payment failure.

  • Refunds for prepaid wallet balances will be issued to the wallet unless otherwise agreed.


7. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, traffic, and restaurant operations.

  • Customers are required to be available at the provided address during the delivery window.

  • Inaccessibility or non-response during delivery may lead to order cancellation without refund.


8. Use of the Platform

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts.

  • Post or transmit any offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content.

Qwikga reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these terms.


9. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, images, text, graphics, and software on the Qwikga Platform, is the property of Qwikga or its partners. You may not reuse or reproduce any content without prior written permission.


10. Limitation of Liability

Qwikga shall not be held liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the Platform.

  • Any issues related to food quality, safety, or hygiene.

  • Any loss or theft of data not due to our negligence.


11. Privacy Policy

Your use of Qwikga is also governed by our [Privacy Policy], which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.


12. Modifications to Terms

Qwikga reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the jurisdiction for any disputes will lie with the competent courts of Kandukur, Andhra Pradesh.
